Hobbies/Interests
Being a chef – preparing living and vibrant food for my family and community, bathing and exploring in nature with my kids, I feel the most joy when I am teaching and facilitating sacred ceremonies, Music is medicine for my soul – I love making my own soundtrack in the car, singing in the shower…making musical melodies anytime, anyplace.
