Yoga for Everyday Life: A 4-Week Series

Mondays – 6:30-8:30pm
8/10, 8/17, 8/24, 8/31

These times have required me more than ever to rely on many different tools I have picked up along my yogic and spiritual journey. In this 4-Week series, I will be sharing different yogic tools like breathing, mantra, mudras and more, that you can easily use at any point in your everyday life. I will go over techniques to increase patience, get rid of insomnia, decrease anxiety, connect to your Inner Self, and more.

This class will be hosted over Zoom and will be recorded for participants to view later. Each class will start with information on many different tools. We will then practice short and effective techniques for everyday use. The meditations and other tools can be performed by persons of any age and level of ability. Classes will include several handouts as well as access to the meditations and mantras for later use.
